This is a topic that is very close to my own heart as I sit here writing this currently in my third trimester of pregnancy.  Pregnancy has many battles, difficulties, discomforts and nuisances (and that’s just the haemorrhoids).  However it is the most important time to look after yourself and your growing baby.  It is no longer just your own health which is your responsibility.
